Jonathan Youth Vanguard, a group in support for the re-election of President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday assured Nigerians that Jonathan’s re-election will ensure stable democracy and progress in Nigeria.
The national coordinator, Jonathan Youth Vanguard 2015, Yushau Aliyu Bagudo stated this while addressing some youths in Birnin Kebbi. He said the country under Jonathan has witnessed tremendous development in terms of youth employment and provision of social amenities across the country while also adding that the north has not been neglected.
“Most of the people holding sensitive position in Jonathan’s government are people from the north, especially security. We should not risk allowing politicians of dubious behaviour to hijack government by use of violence, intimidation and blackmail. Let us vote PDP,” he said.
Bagudo further cited examples on areas where Nigeria have witnessed significant progress under president Goodluck administration such as agriculture, health, education, transportation and youth empowerment.
