Ronell Wilson is being resentenced in the murders of Detectives James Nemorin and Rodney Andrews
He’s living the life in prison.
Jurors deciding whether to sentence Ronell Wilson to death or life in prison for killing two NYPD detectives got a glimpse of a day-in-the-life of the convicted murderer.
It’s more like two minutes in heaven.
A surveillance video shot inside the Metropolitan Detention Center shows prison guard Nancy Gonzalez leaving her security post to meet Wilson who was waiting for her in an “activity room,” Bureau of Prisons Lt. Steve Rivera testified Wednesday.

Nancy Gonzalez is scheduled to plead guilty Wednesday. Gonzalez has been arrested for having sex with Wilson on multiple occasions in the jail
The illicit lovers were inside for two minutes, according to the time stamp on the video played in Brooklyn Federal Court. The action in the video occurred July 15, 2012. Gonzalez gave birth to Wilson’s son, Justus, on March 22, 2013.
Rivera did not disclose to the jury that Gonzalez has been arrested for having sex with Wilson on multiple occasions in the jail.
Instead, the line of questioning focused on whether it was proper procedure for Gonzalez and Wilson to be in the room together.
“It’s not safe, especially for a female officer,” Rivera said. “She’s in there alone with him. She has keys to the front door, and there’s no video.”

Wilson had a son with prison guard Nancy Gonzalez on March 22.
“Who’s watching the shop?” Assistant U.S. Attorney James McGovern asked.
“No one is,” Rivera replied.
Earlier in the video, Wilson is seen holding a mop with one hand and haphazardly wiping the floor while Gonzalez is sitting like a queen bee at the security desk in the middle of the cellblock unit.
She makes a pit stop in the bathroom, before joining Wilson in the activity room.

Detective Rodney Andrews, 34, was fatally shot in 2003.
Gonzalez is scheduled to plead guilty Wednesday afternoon before Magistrate Marilyn Go. It remains unclear whether she will be called to testify at Wilson’s resentencing for the murders of Detectives James Nemorin and Rodney Andrews.
Wilson’s sexual escapades aside, the case took a somber turn when widow Maryann Andrews took the stand to discuss the impact of her husband’s death on their two sons.
“The pain will never go away,” she said. “There world kept moving but time stopped for us. It’s like a fuzzy screen on television. We’re waiting for it to become clear.
“Rodney loved his children so much. All he ever wanted was to grow old with his children and see his children grow old. Our lives were ruined.”
