Kenya immigration arrests 25 Nigerians over expired visas

The Kenyan Immigration Department on Friday said it has arrested 25 Nigerians who continued to stay in the country after their visas expired.

In a series of tweets, the agency urged citizens to report such immigrants in their localities.

It also stated that most of the illegal immigrants crowd themselves in one room.

“Most of them stay like 5 or so in one house. Before you rent any foreigner an house, kindly ask for their valid stay documents in Kenya,” the Immigration department said, as some Kenyans began to give information on areas where Nigerians could be found.
