1) Amnesty boss relocates to the Niger Delta Creek

In a bid to address the violent activities of Niger Delta Avengers, the special adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brigadier General P.T. Boroh, has reportedly relocated to the region.

 

2) Nigeria Military invade Delta town

Earlier today, officials of the Nigerian military allegedly invaded the town of Oporoza community in Gbaramatu kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta State

The soldiers are said to have arrived the community in four warship and are shooting, all in the aim of finding members of the Niger Delta Avengers.

Community members have fled their houses and taken refugee in the bush.

 

3) Toolz and fiancee say ‘I do’

Popular On-Air-Personality, Toolz, on Saturday, exchanged marital vows with fiancee, Captain Tunde Demuren.

The wedding, which took place in Dubai, was attended by several celebrities including Tiwa Savage, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Banky W.

 

4) Only 3 people died in Agatu – IGP

Despite reports that over 500 persons died from the violent attack by Fulani herdsmen in Agatu town, Benue state, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Solomon Arase, on Friday, said that only 3 persons died from the tragedy.

 

5) Omotola suffers a great loss

An event center owned by popular actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, has reportedly collapsed as a result of heavy downpour.

The actress is yet to confirm this.
