The photo above shows the counter-terrorism adviser, Lisa Monaco briefing President Barack Obama on the apprehension of the second Boston marathon bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Dzhokhar’s brother, Tamerlan, 26, was earlier killed in a gun battle with the police.
