A man in Edo State has been docked by an Area Customary Court in Edo State for allegedly hacking his older brother to death.

Suraju Muaju is alleged to have killed his brother with a cutlass on the night of August 25th while the latter was asleep. The incident occurred  at their father’s residence in Imiegba clan, Estako East local government area of Edo State.

According to reports, the President of the court, Cyril Usifoh, ordered the suspect be remanded in prison and directed that the case file be taken to the Directorate of Public Prosecution for legal advice.
