Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook and the 6th richest man in the world , according to Forbes 2016 rankings, on his return to Nigeria to attend Aso Villa Demo Day at Abuja today, ditched his signature grey tees and jeans in favour of a proper suit and tie.
Mr Bashir Ahmed, the Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media, tweeted that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo inquired about his change of wardrobe, and Mark basically responded that the meeting dictated his outfit.
Osinbajo — I'd asked Mark earlier why he wasn't wearing his t-shirt & he said it was out of respect for the formality of meeting a President

A look into Mark Zuckerberg’s wardrobe reveals that his preferred fashion style is laid back, monotonous, casual, bland, even but the billionaire knows when the occasion calls for a power suit. One of such limited occasions are usually meetings with Heads of State. On his recent trip to Rome, Mark donned a suit. When he met with the Colombian president, Juan Manuel Santos, he wore a suit. Same with his visit to Russia in 2012: the Zuck threw on a suit. So for all those who were praising his simple dress sense as the thing to adopt, it is imperative to know that where you are going and who you are meeting with should determine one’s choice of attire.
The adage “dress to impress” and the other “dress the way you want to be addressed” remain useful pointers. Even when you are Mark Zuckerberg.
