An 11-year-old boy and his 7-year-old cousin reportedly raped his sister aged six.

Describing the incident that happened on March 6, the girl told Department of Human Services that the boys “put their things in her and it hurt,” according to a police report obtained by Dreamin’ Demon. She said she reported it to her mother, Maria Marquez, 40, but her mother told her to keep it a secret.

Now the Oklahoma City mother and her 11-year-old son have been arrested, she is facing a charge of failing to report child abuse and was taken to Oklahoma County Jail, while her son was taken to Berry House, a juvenile detention center.

Apart from Marquez, reports say an older sister told Human Services workers that she also found out the next day and reported to her mother again who said she was aware.

Unable to keep it a secret as her mother had asked, she reported it on Friday to the  DHS, who contacted police.

According to reports, DHS workers said that the boy and his cousin tried to trade blame.

It is believed that the victim was taken to a hospital and later put in protective care.
