A horny British motorist has pleaded guilty to pleasuring himself as he hit speeds of 60 mph on a busy highway.

Neal Marshall, 49, was reportedly naked and masturbating vigorously when he was spotted by an eagle-eyed truck driver on the M56 in Chester on Aug. 8.

He said he’d been texting a woman and “got carried away” after the conversation.

“He bitterly regrets his actions. He never intended to be seen by a member of the public,” Evans added.

Marshall, from Whitby, pleaded guilty to a charge of outraging public decency from inside his Ford Escort, the Chester Chronicle reported.

Marshall has been handed a one-year community order, a one-year supervision order and a $200 fine.

The serial public masturbator was caught for the same offense in 2008.
