Erstwhile KC Presh band member, KCee will be starring in a Nigerian feature movie soon. According to a statement from the singer’s PR company, KCee, who currently has two solo singles to his name, will star alongside top Nollywood acts including Genevieve Nnaji and Mercy Johnson.
“He is now fishing in Nollywood waters,” the statement reads. “The movie is about a twisted love story gone wrong, and all parties are getting ready to go on location a couple of weeks.”
The movie title is yet to be made public; neither is a release date stated.
KCee, real name – Kingsley Okonkwo, started his mainstream music career on the stage of the Nigerian Breweries organized ‘Star Quest’ in 2002 as a member of the KC Presh duo. The duo however parted ways early this year.
