General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has warned Nigerian youth against disobedience to God.
Adeboye advised the country’s youth to be ready to obey God in every aspect of their lives for them to be great in life.
He dished out the counsel while speaking on the theme “The Beginning of Greatness” at a special prayer programme organized for youths at the RCCG National Headquarters in Ebute-Metta, Lagos
Pastor Adeboye harped on his humble upbringing and how he was lifted by God while imploring the youth to know God as the Almighty, The Most High and embrace the truth that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.
According to the respected cleric, youths that are taking advantage of technology to perpetrate evil in the name of wanting to be rich are only incurring the wrath of God.
Adeboye also enjoined the Nigerian youth to work hard and wait for God to lift them up and no one would be able to bring them down.
“As long as God desires to promote anyone, no creature can stop Him and in the other way round, when anyone crosses God’s way by being disobedient to His rules by cutting corners and God decides to fight that individual, let him or her go into hiding even under the ground, God’s Omnipresent Hands will catch such a person.”
