VP ‘Yemi Osinbajo expresses confidence in Nigeria’s greatness at Freedom Rally (PHOTOS)

The Vice President, Professor Oluyemi Osinbajo expressed his unwavering faith and confidence that Nigeria will rise and be great again. While speaking at the Freedom Rally, an Independence Day Carnival organised by the House of Freedom on October 2, 2016 at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, he said as a nation, Nigeria is on a journey that will take us to the place God wants us to be.

“However we need to be prepared and the journey involves perseverance through trying times.” He explained that his position in leadership was solely the orchestration of God and he is confident that we are being molded for the dawn of a new era.
“While our current challenges might appear daunting, we must rise above them, stand strong and confident in Gods power to help us. God has sent and commissioned us with practical solutions to rebuild the ruins of this nation” reiterated Dr.Tony Rapu, Senior Pastor House of Freedom.
“As long as you’re not concerned about the tribe of the person sitting next to you then we remain committed to God’s purpose when He created Nigeria over 100 years ago, One Nation, No Shaking!” was how Joke Silva, veteran actress summed up as she compered the event.
The theme of hope and assurance of God’s faithfulness and the power of our collective destiny resonated through musical ministrations from Waje, Timi Dakolo, Tosin Martins, Nosa, Gaise Baba, Dare Justified and Omawumi”s powerful rendition of the National Anthem.
The House of Freedom is a group of faith-based expressions that include This Present House, The WaterBrook, God Bless Nigeria, The Potter’s House, The Green House, Holy Trinity Lagos, Mount Zion and Freedom Foundation under the leadership of Dr. Tony Rapu, Senior Pastor.
