Truly, Olosegun Obasanjo can only remain relevant in Nigeria politics because the present administration of president Jonathan has refused to perform. It is not that the ex military head of state and former president is powerful but the fact the Nigerian citizen have mot seen reason to give President Jonathan their support. I for one have also heard stories of close cousin of Obasanjo it was not a pleasant and not befitting a good leader we can trust

I fully understand that the writer believes s/he has done a great job in writing this piece, but I can assure them that the central thought pattern which underlie this writing is the problem we have in this country.

In other words, YOU are part of Nigeria’s problems and I hope you’re old so that we don’t have to wait so long for your failed generation to exit the stage. If not, it reminds us of how long we have to wait for a better nation.

Whoever doesn’t see what I’m saying cannot be made to understand – they’re not up to it.
