The veracity of Sadeeq Mustapha’s claim to be a pastor, won’t be the bone of contention when he squares up with a judge to defend his alleged attempt to rape two men.
The Police report says that the two victims admitted a total stranger into their respective apartments on October 9 and 10.
A teacher, Yusuf Idowu and a transporter, Oladimeji Taiwo, are claiming that Pastor Mustapha attempted to have homosexual intercourse with them.
The horny pastor is facing trial at the Magistrate Court sitting at Ogba, Agege where he has been charged on a two count charge.
“That you, Saseeq Mustapha, on the 9th day of October, 2015 at 9, Disu Akogun Street, Dopemu, Agege, in the Ikeja Magisterial District, did conduct yourself in a manner likely to cause the breach of peace by forcefully wanting to have sex with one Oladimeji Taiwo ‘m’ and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 166 (d) of the Criminal Laws of Lagos, Nigeria, 2011.
“That you, Sadeeq Mustapha, on the 10th day of October, 2015, at about 02.30hrs, at the same place and magisterial district, did forcefully wanted to have sex with one Yusuf Idowu ‘m’ by ordering him to pull off his clothes and committed an offence punishable under Section 166 (d) of the Criminal Laws of Lagos, Nigeria, 2011″.
At the moment, Pastor Mustapha is out on bail, after coughing up N200,000.
