Some have dubbed it ‘The return of the prodigal son’ while others have called it ‘The greatest daylight robbery’ but call it whatever you want, Paul Pogba is back to Manchester United after leaving the club four years ago in controversial circumstances.

The French midfield maestro was signed on a five year contract from Serie A champions Juventus for a reported world record transfer fee £92m which could increase to £216m.

The deal was announced by Manchester United in the most dramatic manner on Monday night that sent social media into a complete meltdown.

First, the club tweeted a video of Paul Pogba in a hoodie saying the words ‘I’m back’.

The kit sponsors of the club, Addidas then followed things up with a music video commercial featuring British rapper, Stormzy and Pogba throwing famous dance celebrations like the dab.

Chauffeured in red and black Chevrolet Camaro, Pogba had earlier arrived the club’s Carrington training ground alongside his mum on Monday evening for his medical.
