Following the cancellation of the national convention of the Peoples Democratic Party, Governor of Ondo state, Olusegun Mimiko took to his Twitter page with some words of encouragement for the members of the party and a promise to Nigerians.
The governor was reported to be a part of the decision making group that fired controversial Ali Modu Sheriff as national chairman of the party replacing him with former governor Ahmed Makarfi.
Even though Governor Mimiko did not mention any names in his message, it did look like he took subliminal shots at the All Progressives Congress and President Muhammadu Buhari.
