Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bello Haliru Mohammed, says Governor Seriake Dickson deserves to be re-elected at the forthcoming Bayelsa governorship election of December 5.
Mohammed made the statement on Tuesday, during a meeting of the National Campaign Committee on Bayelsa State 2015 Governorship Election.
The BoT Chairman of the opposition party said Dickson would defeat Timpre Sylva of the All Progressives Congress, because the party has significantly bettered the lot of the people of Bayelsa since 1999.
Mohammed also added that Bayelsans are pleased with the people-oriented policies and programmes of the party in the state, hence victory is certain.
“It bears no repeating that our party means business in this election hence the setting up of this high-powered committee to lead party faithful to Yenagoa and ensure that the flag of our great party continues to fly in the Bayelsa State Government House come December 5. Our mission.”
