Kenneth Enslow, 52 was jailed after police discovered him inside a septic tank beneath a women’s bathroom at a Tulsa, Okla. water park.

A peeping Tom sat in a park’s septic tank to watch women using the toilet but was busted when he started coughing, police said.

Alleged pervert Kenneth Enslow, 52, gave himself away as a mom and her 7-year-old girl went to use the bathroom at White Water Park near Tulsa, Okla. at 5 p.m. Sunday.

The pair allegedly looked down the pan and saw him – covered from head to toe in feces – looking up at them.

They called cops who, due to his large size, used ropes to fish him out. Fire crews then hosed him down.

“He was covered in defecation and looked like he had been down there for quite some time,” witness Stuart Meyer told KOTV.

A Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office report, obtained by The Smoking Gun, revealed Enslow first claimed he had been hit over the head with a tire iron by his girlfriend, Angel.

He said she then dumped him, unconscious, in the tank.

But after doctors realized his injuries did not tally, he reportedly confessed to making the story up.

Stuart Meyer witnessed Enslow’s removal from the septic tank: “He was covered in defecation and looked like he had been down there for quite some time.”

Taken to jail, he was charged with being a peeping Tom.
