Jim Iyke might just be the first Nollywood actor to be quarantined.

After Jim Iyke fled Liberia’s capital city, Monrovia over the spread of Ebola virus disease, several social media users have urged the Ministry of health to promptly quarantine him.

Just yesterday, 30 July, Jim shared a picture of himself at the departure lounge of the airport as he was about to leave Liberia over the increasing rate of infected people in the country.

However, amidst the growing fear of the virus spreading in Nigeria, there has been calls for his immediate quarantine and testing, by members of the public who feel that he could have possibly caught the deadly virus.

Meanwhile, the Ebola virus has become so deadly in Liberia that the government has instructed the closure of schools and asked non-essential government workers to stay at home for 30days.
