Pep Guardiola confirmed as Manchester City’s new manager

English Premier League giants, Manchester City have confirmed that Pep Guardiola will replace Manuel Pellegrini this summer.

Reports emerged at the start of January that City had already won the race for the 45-year-old after he revealed his decision to leave Bayern Munich, when his contract expires at the end of the season.

This announcement means that Pellegrini, who at the start of the season signed a two year contract extension, will be vacating the managerial seat at the Etihad at the end of the season.
