The race to get married for many young Nigerians has gone clearly spiritual with several religious organisations cashing-in on the demand.
Our picture of the day shows an advert for this year’s edition of ”My own wedding must hold this year” which took place sometime ago.
Ladies, what do you think?
Do people still think it's only ladies that are desperate to marry these days. Men also go to churches to find wives. In truth our society is really unfair to women who are not married. They are looked down on and of course this doesn't help their self esteem. If ladies desperation seems so obvious pls pardon them cos they are the ones who have to start trying to have children on time in case something is to happen along the line and they ve to wait several yrs for kids. Even scientific ways of having children says that the later the couple wait the lesser the chances of becoming pregnant.
On the other hand I do agree that ladies should focus more on developing various aspects of themselves. It might make them more attractive if the men of today have changed their own perspective as well.

Marriage is a complement to human existence/achievements and not all that it is to life-if ladies will put in as much energy as they put in getting married by fire by force to adding value to the society, the world will be a better place to live in.
God help us…looking for an earthly solution to a divine calling.
