Bamangar Tukur’s suspension lifted by PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has lifted the suspension of the former Chairman of the party, Bamanga Tukur.

On Thursday, January 28, the party announced the reversal of the suspension of Tukur.

National Chairman of the PDP, Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, announced the lifting of the suspension during the presidential rally of the party in Yola, Adamawa.

In December 2014, Tukur was suspended for filing a lawsuit against his party, in a bid to return as the chairman of the party, saying he was forced to resign from the post in January 2013.
