President Goodluck Jonathan has pledged to raise $1 billion or over one million Boko Haram victims.

Jonathan says the Federal Government would raise the said figure, to support the people who have been displaced and affected by insurgency in the country.

He made the commitment on Saturday, January 24, while paying a courtesy visit to the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Shehu El-Kanemi, during his campaign in the state.
