Today, October 19th, President Muhammadu received the 21 Chibok girls that were released by Boko Haram last Thursday. He wasn’t able to meet with them earlier due to his Germany trip.
The girls were received by the president and vice president Osinbajo in Aso Rock and the sheer joy on the girls’ faces!
During the reception, Tolu Ogunlesi, special assistant to the president on new media posted tweets quoting some of the girls on how happy they are to be back.
One of the Chibok girls, to @MBuhari: "We didn't know we would come back to be a part of Nigeria. But the grace of God made it possible."

The 21 girls sang the National Anthem louder than everyone else. One of them said: "We don't have anything to say again, only thank you."

If only they knew how happy we are to have them back.
P.S Not to be a party pooper but when will it be a good time to raise our question about was exchanged for their release again?
Come back here tomorrow.
