Scott Wampler, 26, is a serial offender with a violent streak, according to reports. He’s named as  the younger man who had a sexual relationship with a female Indiana judge who also represented him.

The boy toy convict who allegedly had sex with a top Indiana judge in a locked prison visiting room is a violent, serial offender, according to reports.

Scott Wampler, who at 26 is half the age of former judge Lisa Traylor-Wolff, was jailed for 40 years in 2011 for breaking into a Logansport house, tying up two women at gunpoint and stealing cash.

He also served six years behind bars from 2004 to 2010 after being convicted of another violent burglary.

Traylor-Wolff, 52, stood accused Tuesday of having a “physically intimate relationship” last year with an unnamed man at the Miami Correctional Facility in Peru, Ind.

The Logansport Pharos Tribune has since lifted the lid on his identity, saying his brutal attack two years ago shocked the community and sparked a “tense manhunt.”

Lisa Traylor-Wolff, 52, is accused of having a ‘physically intimate relationship with a 26-year-old client’ at the Miami Correctional Facility in Peru, Ind.

The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications claims part-time senior judge Traylor-Wolff, who is also a defense lawyer, began the affair before her lover was jailed.

The relationship then continued and she represented him as he appealed his conviction, according to The Indianapolis Star.

The commission has filed three disciplinary charges against Traylor-Wolff.

“Correction officers observed (Wampler) and (Traylor-Wolff) at the end of visit on June 15 engaged in excessive fondling with intent to sexually gratify over the clothing,” records say.

The Miami Correctional Facility in Peru, Ind., where attorney and former judge Lisa Traylor-Wolff is accused of having sex with a 26-year-old client.

Traylor-Wolff has 20 days to respond to the charges before the case goes to the Indiana Supreme Court.

She is formally accused of violating four rules of professional conduct, including having sex with a client and undermining the integrity of the position of judge.

If found guilty, she could be banned for life from holding judicial office in the state.

Traylor-Wolff, who has not commented on the claims, formerly served as a Superior Court judge in Pulaski County and was the head of her county’s Bar Association.

But she no longer bangs a gavel after declining to renew her judgeship for 2013.

She graduated from Valparaiso University law school in 1986.

Wampler has since been moved to Indiana State Prison in Michigan City, Ind.
