Chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team (PRTT) Abdulrasheed Maina has debunked allegations that he was on the run.
Leadership reports that a spokeswoman for Maina said he wasn’t listed in the lawsuit brought against former Head of Service of the Federation, Steven Orosanye.
The statement said, “It should be stated that neither the EFCC nor ICPC has declared him wanted as he has been around and even delivered a paper in Calabar, Cross River State, last Friday. Is it not a person that has been declared wanted by a legal entity of government that could be said to have gone underground?”
The statement said that the PRTT had personnel drawn from the EFCC, ICPC, NIA, Police as well as other related agencies with Maina as chairman.
