Armed men suspected to be operatives of the Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS) have killed one person in Bodo, Gokana LGA, Rivers.

According to The Punch the operatives stormed the Saint Pius College at about 11.45am, order‎ed everybody to lie down, and began to shoot sporadically before carting away some election materials.

The deceased was identified as Meebara Kormaga,‎ a 25-year-old that came out to vote.
