Veteran Nollywood actor and movie producer Sam Loco Efe (Efeeimwonkiyeke)  was confirmed dead today, 7th August 2011, although sources say he passed away yesterday in his hotel room on set in Owerri.

Sam Loco Efe was one of the most talented actors of contemporary Nigerian theatre and television. For many years, he distinguished himself as a rare talent for in comedy, television and stage drama.
