These photos were taken at a government-owned primary school in Mushin area of Lagos State.

It is indeed an unpleasant surprise, to find such poor and dilapidated buildings in existence in civilized state like Lagos, despite the state government’s efforts in improving the quality of the educational sector.

What is also unclear, is who is to be held responsible for this embarrassing reality – the local government chairman or the state.
