But on Friday as Tyra Banks strode onto the  set of Extra TV at The Grove in Los Angeles, she made it quite clear that her  modeling talents will never cease to shine through.

The 39-year-old America’s Next Top Model host  cut a striking figure as she marched through the crowd in a sexy, form-fitting  black dress and sporting that signature killer smile.

Taking the pavement by storm: Tyra Banks may be  dominating in the business and entertainment domain, but on Friday as she strode  through The Grove in LA, there was no denying her natural modeling  expertise

Tyra opted for a tight black mini-dress,  patterned with white lines which accentuated and hugged her curves  perfectly.

The supermodel showed off her legs-for-days  beneath the tiny number, wearing a cute pair of black and gold  heels.

Her neck and fingers were laden with chunky  gold accessories and a splash of bright pink nail polish added a fun edge to the  ensemble.

Tyra’s long dark tresses were styled in  flowing curls and fell neatly around her shoulders.

Dark eye make-up gave the TV personality a  fun and fierce edge as she made her way onto set.

Earlier in the day, Tyra tweeted her  excitement about the upcoming season of America’s Next Top Model which will  feature men as well as women.

‘The  BOYS are coming in just Two Weeks, baby!!!’ she tweeted her 10 million  followers.

Always one to keep busy, the star made  another announcement on Monday regarding her never-ending business  ventures.

Her Fierce Capital fund, which invests in  start-ups, has joined Ashton Kutcher to invest in The Hunt, which she described  via Twitter as an online ‘personal shopper’ of sorts.

The Hunt describes its service as ‘tracking  down all the things you covet but don’t know where to buy.’
