It seems Pela Okiemute is not the only successful bleaching  expert in this part of the world catering to folks who are totally done with having dark skin, another bleaching expert, Rara Avis has come to has come into town.

Rara Avis is a cosmetologist trained in the UK, she is also a beautician and a skin expert and she says there is nothing wrong in changing the colour of  you skin and people who bleach should not be criticized for doing so.

Avis is a perfect example of what she preaches, as she has successfully transformed herself from her dark skin to a lighter one over the years.
