CNN correspondent Barbara Starr referred to Kenya as a “hotbed of terror” on Thursday.
She said, “President Barack Obama is not just heading to his father’s homeland, but to a hotbed of terror.”
This blunder immediately sparked an outrage on Twitter and the hashtag #SomeoneTellCNN started trending worldwide.
