Nnenna Chinwe Ezeakunne, known as Nnena Omali, is most remembered for delivering the haunting hook on Modenine’s hit ‘Cry’. She is the writer and singer who showed her talent further on her single ‘Oluchi’, which got a nod at the 2007 edition of the SoundCity Music Video Awards in the ‘Best Female Video’ category. Her newest single, ‘Palava’ leans more towards an Afrobeat sound, while she still keeps it going with her amazing voice. Originally recorded in 2009, the singer releases it as the first single off her upcoming album. Enjoy!
