At least Kim Kardashian has a sweet treat to distract herself from the unravelling divorce drama between herself and estranged husband Kris Humphries.
The 31-year-old reality star – clad in a white dress with see-through mesh panels – was seen slurping away on a calorie-laden milkshake at the Millions Of Milkshakes store opening at the Avenuees Mall in Kuwait City on Thursday – as her legal problems raged on back home in Los Angeles.
On Wednesday, the TV star’s divorce lawyer told a California court how her client feels ‘handcuffed’ to Humphries – with the pair at loggerheads over a settlement.

Kim wants a straight-up divorce – while Kris is seeking an annulment based on ‘fraud’ – but neither side is backing down.
Meanwhile, it is now being reported Kris wants Kim to return the $2m engagement ring he gave her – but she is refusing.
RadarOnline claims Kris is ‘adamant’ that he gets it back, however a source told MailOnline that under the terms of their prenup, Kim gets to keep the 20.5 carat diamond Lorraine Schwartz ring, fair and square.

While the former couple’s lawyers locked horns in court on Wednesday, both Kris and Kim have been embroiled in controversies of their own in the past 24 hours.

Kris was caught up in an on-court bust-up with Celtics guard Rajon Rondo during the Nets 95-83 win at Boston’s TD Garden.
As for Kim, her three-day trip to the Middle East has sparked a backlash from some locals in the deeply conservative nations of Kuwait and Bahrain.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star, who shot to prominence after an infamous sex tape of her emerged in 2007, has not received a warm welcome from some, due to controversies surrounding the x-rated video, her short-lived marriage to NBA star Kris and a recent furore over her tweets supporting the people of Israel during the recent conflict with Palestine.
‘Her values clash with our traditions as a religiously committed people,’ Mohammad Al Tabtabai, a Kuwaiti preacher, told the Gulf News. ‘Her visit could help spread vice among our youth.’
In neighbouring Bahrain, conservative lawmakers blasted the reality TV star and tried to keep her out of the island nation, arguing that she is ‘an actress with an extremely bad reputation’.
However, their attempt fizzled out after they could not get the support they needed from their peers and the proposal did not even get to the voting stage.
