President Muhammadu Buhari has said corrupt politicians are using stolen money to wage war against his administration.

In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina on Thursday, Buhari was quoted as saying this in a meeting he had with the United States Secretary of State, John Kerry,  on the sidelines of the conference on climate change, COP22, in Morocco.

He said this has made the anti-corruption war tough but assured that it would be won.

“But it is a war we are determined to win, and which we will win. People of goodwill are behind us, countries like America and many others are with us, and we will surely win,” he said.
