Google Nigeria would be hosting 100 Nigerians on Google+ on the 18th of October, at an event tagged “Thank God Its Thursday”.

Stars from the music and movie industries will headline the event, together with regular individuals who have been very active and engaged on Google+ since its launch.

According to Google, the event would serve as a platform to celebrate top G+ users that have been inspiring other Nigerians to connect, share interests and network on Google+.

The high point of the evening, would be the premier of +Naija by Google. +Naija is a short documentary about Nigerians, and their engagements on Google+.

Google advised Google+ users who’ll be lucky to be among the 100 selected to attend the event, to ensure to share pictures on G+ using the hashtag #tgitlasgidi.
