by Yemi Olowu

The much awaited extended play (EP) release from budding female rapper, Eva Alordiah, containing her first body of work titled ‘The GIGO EP’ drops this November on the 20th putting her at par with co-star rappers who have also released their works in various sizes from EPs to full albums.

The EP is a collection of seven songs which shows the different sides of Eva as an artiste and entertainer with production assistance from Sossick, Tintin, Gray Jones, Bigfoot including several other surprise collaborations.

The release which contains more tracks than a single, but is too short to qualify as a full album would include chart topping singles; ‘I done did it’ and ‘Down Low’. Known for her eccentric hairstyle, Eva stresses that fans should expect her full project in 2012. The ‘GIGO EP’ which features music heart-throb, Shank, would  also promote her versatility through several genres.

Currently unsigned, critics claim this rap artiste has done well independently, appearing as a guest act on PSquare’s album; ‘The Invasion’ and Bez’s album ‘Supersun’.
