Tonto Dikeh new video for her single; Hi is trending at the moment. Like most things Tonto, some hate it and some like it.

She was spotted here  surrounded by her fans (no one seems to know where this picture was taken and what was going on here) who tried to take photos and speak to the actress and singer.
