Here are the Nigerians that made the top 50 list.

Holding down the number one spot is Aliko Dangote. He is worth $16.7 billion and is into cement, sugar and flour business.

Adenuga

Sitting comfortably on the number 7 spot is Mike Adenuga. He is worth $3.5 billion and is into the telecommunications business.

alakija

Folorunsho Alakija is number 13. She is worth $1.7 billion, aged 64 and into oil and gas.

femi-otedola

Femi Otedola is the 16th richest man in Africa, with a net worth of $1.6 billion. His wealth is primarily from his oil and gas empire.

Coming in at number 30 is Theophilus Danjuma, who is into oil and gas. He is worth $750 million.

Jim Ovia locks down number 37 with a net worth of $550 million. He made his wealth from banking.
