President Muhammadu Buhari will on Thursday, travel to Malta to take part in the 2015 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
The 2015 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting of 53 countries, will begin on Friday, and the Head of the Commonwealth, Queen Elizabeth II, is expected to formally declare the summit open.
Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu revealed on Wednesday evening, that after the summit ends on Sunday, President Buhari will leave Malta for Paris where he will present Nigeria’s statement at the United Nations Climate Change Conference.
The conference, which will be hosted by President Francois Hollande of France and the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki Moon, is scheduled to open on Monday, November 30.
