Scenarios from Africa: African Film Contest
Have you ever wanted to create an original idea for a film about AIDS and see your film broadcast on national and international TV and on the Internet?
Now this is possible! Take part in the sixth edition of the “Scenarios from Africa” contest and help other people learn about HIV and AIDS, and at the same time, win wonderful cash prizes!
The contest is taking place across Africa and among the African diaspora from 1st December 2010 to 1st April 2011.
It is open to all young people who will be under the age of 25 on 1st April 2011, who are invited to come up with an original idea for a short film up to 10 minutes in length to be sent at [email protected]
The best ideas will be adapted by professionals and turned into films by some of Africa’s greatest directors.
