Ex-Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh, in January was embroiled in the popular arms scandal. It was discovered that he syphoned money meant for the purchase of arms to his own private account. He was arrested by EFCC and some of his property and wealth were seized by the government. Tolu Ogunlesi, Special Assistant on Digital/New Media for the FG, had the opportunity to visit one of his houses, and oh my word, what a reveal.
Do see below:
Got a brief (incomplete) tour of one of the houses seized from former CDS Alex Badeh. The master bedroom is bigger than your house. Shut up.

The (empty) shoe rack section in the Master Bedroom would make that ex Filipino First Lady go Louboutin-red with envy, lol

Context: To save on rent costs and prevent disrepair arising from disuse, Govt is allocating recovered buildings to agencies in need.

It's all extremely vulgar & distasteful. IMO should be demolished & used for public housing. #ArgueWithYourTL https://t.co/MR5nmuAsAg

Admittedly vulgar. Too much greed, too money, too little sense. https://t.co/LuBfimw2Aa
