On August 14th, Ahmad Salkida, a journalist and two other Nigerians were declared wanted by the Nigerian Army because of their alleged connection to Boko Haram.
The army reckoned Salkida had information about Boko Haram that he was sitting on and they wanted to pick his brain.
On Wednesday, Salkida was released to our delight. He has been on twitter talking about his experience with the gentlemen of our security forces.
Here’s what he had to say:
In response to the demand by Nigerian security authorities for me to clear my name, I flew into Abuja on Monday, 5th September. 1/7
