‘We want to surrender because things are getting worse’ | The Times says Boko Haram is ready

Terror group, Boko Harm, is reportedly ready to strike a deal with the federal government in other to avoid execution.

According to Times of London, Boko Haram intends on releasing the kidnapped Chibok secondary school girls in return for escaping prosecution or killed by government.

The UK newspaper further said only a third of the kidnapped girls are still alive.

Speaking on their intention, Amir Muhammad Abdullahi, who is reportedly Boko Haram’s second in command, is quoted to have said “We want to surrender because things are getting worse.”

The Boko Haram commander further said that no side of the divide was winning the one and that only a third of the kidnapped girls are still alive because “the rest have been martyred”.
