Madonna took a nasty-looking fall down a staircase during her performance at the BRIT Awards on Wednesday, and it was ugly.
However, the queen quickly gathered herself up and kept dancing like the pro she is, but still, the impact is felt.
She later explained the situation on Instagram, writing that her Armani cape was meant to come off when pulled by her dancer – but it didn’t!
“My beautiful cape was tied too tight!” she wrote. “But nothing can stop me and love really lifted me up! Thanks for your good wishes! I’m fine!” Praise be.
