Tunde Bakare is the leading pastor at the Latter Rain Assembly, Lagos who was running mate to 2011 presidential candidate General Buhari. On Sunday, 28th August the preacher delivered a fiery sermon where he lamented about the Boko Haram attacks, national violence, President Jonathan, General Olusegun Obasanjo and the state of the nation, saying Nigeria is in “anarchy”. Tunde Bakare has been known to speak out against leadership several times in the past. His most recent sermon is titled ‘The Role of Youths in National Deliverance’.
