Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo on Sunday said Nigeria will overcome challenges it is currently facing.

Osinbajo said this at the 8th annual festival of songs of the Minna Choral Society in Minna, the Niger State capital.

He said, “God loves Nigeria so much that He will not let us go and it is time for Nigerians to realise that they can count on God, no matter the situation. Christ will never abandon us in our problems. In all our numerous challenges, we are more than conquerors. We will overcome our difficulties.”

Commending the Minna Choral Society, Osinbajo rated the group as a world-class musical team, adding that its members could compete with any choral society in the world.

“My wife and I are avid followers of choral music locally and internationally. With what I have heard tonight, this is world-class team. The collaboration between the soloists and the choir cannot be found anywhere in the world. This is the best I have ever heard,” he said.
