The Million Dollar Baby star rarely disappoints when it comes to fashion and on Thursday night she was just oozing glamour from head to toe.

She was wearing a black-and-light mocha number with flowing sleeves and a plunging peek cleavage that showed off her amazing curves.
Her shoes complimented the outfit perfectly, and they were irresistible black ankle-strap heels with peek-a-boo toes.

For this night the Oscar-winning actress chose not to clutter her look with jewelry, preferring to dress it up with red nail polish on her hands and feet and a soft dusting of make-up to her eyes and cheeks.

The 38-year-old Amelia star appeared to have arrived at the event solo, although she is in a relationship with dashing French relator Laurent Fleury.
She hasn’t discussed him publicly, but it’s believed that Hilary is now living with Fleury in Paris.

Hilary has been spotted out and about with the strapping Frenchman on many occasions, and has also been seen bonding with his two children.
Currently they’re dividing their time between France and Los Angeles, where Fleury is said to enjoy his surfing pasttime.
Hilary’s split from her boyfriend of five years, John Campisi, in August and recently put the Mediterranean-style home they once shared on the market with an asking price of $9.5 million.

Meanwhile, Thursday’s event – which helped to raise funds for Sidaction, the French organization for AIDS research – drew many other celebrities and some of Paris’ top couturiers.
Dita Von Teese dazzled in a clingy red sequin dress with side split that showed off her mile-long legs, as well as a fetching pair of ankle strap shiny red heels.
With her squared shoulders, neatly rolling black hair and pale porcelain skin, Dita was like another blast from the 1940s.
Dita has long been fascinated from the bygone era which has inspired her fashions for years.

NYC 22 star Leelee Sobieski wowed the red carpet crowd in a clingy black top and long fiery yellow rose skirt, matched with green-tipped pointy heels.
Leelee, who was joined by her father Jean Sobieski, wore her blonde hair swept back from her face, and better to show off those delicate features accentuated with black eyeliner and red lipstick.
Spanish beauty Paz Vega was a winner in her pale ivory dress and nude heels, while her sleek dark hair fell in smooth slight curling waves on either side of her face.
