A man, Neelam Lachaiah, 43, from Porandla village in Timmapur mandal of Karimnagar district, was on Saturday arrested for suspectedly having sex with a buffalo.
Lachaiah was apprehended after the animal’s owner, Bojja Balaiah filed a complaint with the police. The accused has been booked under Section 377 (unnatural sex) of the IPC.
An investigation has been initiated into the incident.
Eyewitnesses claim that Lachaiah, who was released on parole from a life sentence for the murder of three boys three years ago, was found naked beside the buffalo, which had its legs tied and it’s mouth gagged.
