The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has announced the dissolution of the Ondo State Executive Committee of the party. Speaking on Sunday, Olisa Metuh, the PDP’s national spokesperson, asked all members of the party in the state to work together in harmony as the party expressed confidence of its total domination of Ondo politics, especially with the return of the state governor, Olusegun Mimiko, to the party.
Metuh said that with the announcement, all structures of the party at the ward, local government and state levels stand dissolved.
A caretaker committee has now been constituted to run the affairs of the state chapter of the party. The committee has Dare Adeleke as chairman and Dare Solomon Osawu as secretary.
